[Techtalk] VoIP implementations

Anyone in charge of or help implement a VoIP solution (Asterix,  
Cisco, whatever) for their company that would be willing to talk to a  
reporter?
A friend is researching VoIP implementations in businesses, and is  
interested in things like how it's working out, and what some of the  
major technical obstacles were.
