That's probably a good thing.  I think that book is way better than the
O'Reilly book (I have both; actually I don't really have the Pickaxe
right this moment because people at work keep borrowing it).  And,
for those who don't want to buy a book, the old first edition, which is
not that out of date, is free on the web at that address.
