If you simply want to view Linux kernel sources, in addition to
downloading it and browsing through the files, there's also the online
Linux Cross-Reference Project that's convenient to use because it has
links: http://lxr.linux.no/source/

You can't count on it to be up-to-date with the latest kernel changes,
but it's available without downloading all of the kernel sources which
will be time-consuming and will take up quite a lot of space on your
computer.
