This will always happen: your machine can't tell the difference between
a normal apt server on a remote network and a local cache so it will
always store copies of downloaded packages. As is usual with apt, you
will want to clean your cache periodically with "apt-get clean"
(delete all cached files) or "apt-get autoclean" (delete all files that
are not current).
