[Techtalk] Fixing up live.linuxchix.org

I'm running a G5 iMac at 1440x900.  *If* I expand the Safari window to take
up about 2/3 to 3/4 or more of the width of that screen, I get the entire
width of the page.  Any less, and part of the left is cut off.

Default size of the Safari window is closer to 5/8 the width of the screen,
so it goes missing.
