[Techtalk] cannot access Red Hat package manager from GUI

Hello,

I am very new to Linux and I have been trying to implement some type of
security on my Red Hat ES box.  I downloaded bastille-linux, ran through
that application and implemented the configuration.  Only now I am not
able to access Red Hat RPM package manager via the GUI and some other
utilities.  I'm confused at what exactly I did and I didn't know if
anyone else had done something like this before in the past.  Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciate.  Thanks!
