[Techtalk] Recommendations needed for collaborative environment

My boss wants something that will allow developers to update their content
in HTML and upload files. Some of us have PCs while a couple have Linux
boxes as clients. The server is Linux. I was thinking a Wiki might work.
The only one I've heard that allows uploads (other than jpegs) is
Confluence. Is there an open source product besides this that would also
work?
