I just did that and got exactly the same results.  It's the right file
but with a funky name.  I *think* that I've done it before and had that
file contain some php, but I'm pretty sure I won't be able to find that
file/site that it happened with.

P.S. lynx or w3m the url also works as I found out in desperation.
