[Techtalk] Red Hat 9 boot into command line

I once knew how to do this, but I can't find my
old documentation. With Red Hat 9, how do
you boot directly to the command line? I've
check /etc/rc.d but I can't see anything useful,
nor does /etc/xinetd.conf look like it does anything.
Some file has to be changed from runlevel 5 to
runlevel 2 but I can't remember what or where it
is. Does anyone know?
