[Techtalk] Mutt/ Sendmail X-Authentication Warning -f

When I send mails in the header it says:

"X-Authentication-Warning: machine_name: local_user
set sender to email at domain.com using -f"

Now, I have tried to put the local user's name and
email (both) in the /etc/mail/trusted-users list. But
it didn't help.

Then, I tried to put the local user's name and email
in /etc/mail/sendmail.cf in the trusted-users part:

Temail
Tlocal_user

That didn't help as well.

Then I tried to put the local user's name and email in
/usr/share/sendmail/cf/openbsd-proto.mc
and did:

m4 /usr/share/sendmail/cf/openbsd-proto.mc >
/etc/mail/sendmail.cf

That didn't help either.

I also tried to put Tmail in sendmail.cf trusted
user's list and added "mail" in
/etc/mail/trusted-users list.

Sendmail is run by:
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  21 Jul  4 21:57
/usr/sbin/sendmail -> /usr/sbin/mailwrapper

The user in question is a member of the following
groups:

uid=5000(user1) gid=5000(user1) groups=5000(user1),
0(wheel), 10(users), 11(auth), 69(network)

I'd be glad if anyone please let me know what to do.
