Which line is line 27?

And what editor or mailer are you using?  I'm not sure if this is simply the
medium you've used to transmit your files, but either something odd
happened with your cut+paste sending of your sources.list file, or your
lines are all joined together, so that instead of having

deb http://aptproxy.server:9999/debian stable main contrib non-free
deb http://aptproxy.server:9999/debian woody main contrib non-free 

and so on, you have

> deb http://aptproxy.server:9999/debian stable main contrib non-free deb
> http://aptproxy.server:9999/debian woody main contrib non-free deb
> http://aptproxy.server:9999/debian sarge main contrib non-free deb
> http://aptproxy.server:9999/debian sid main contrib non-free

which is certainly wrong.
Except that it isn't line 27.
