That's the same kernel I'm running.

I'm delighted that I can now get to linuxchix.org and probably other
sites that have appeared to have server problems lately, and that it
was such an easy fix.  But I don't understand what I have actually
done.

Could somebody explain to me briefly what all this
tcp_default_win_scale stuff means?  Or where I should look to find an
answer?
