[Techtalk] simple mail filtering via whitelist - suggestions?

'Lo, all. I've recently finally given in to my 5-year-old's requests for an
email account, and for obvious reasons, I want to filter it heavily --
"Daddy, what's viagra?" is not a subject I want to get into at this age,
much less the nastier sorts of stuff that could come through. Right now
I'm screening her email before letting her get to it, but I'd like to be
able to partially automate it.

What I'd like to do is create a "whitelist" of approved senders, and let
mail from them go on to her. Anything from someone else would be
redirected to me.

I know of procmail and maildrop, but I've never used either of them, so I
don't know how easy setting up something like this would be with either
one, and they both seem kind of like overkill for a simple whitelist.

Any suggestions or ideas? Please and thank you!
