I _think_ I can do this by setting mutt's  pgp_create_traditional
configuration value to true, but the documentation isn't too helpful
in that regard, really. Not to mention that the whole "Also note that
using the old-style PGP message format is strongly deprecated" warning
is scary enough to make a n00b like me not generally want to go
anywhere near that option.  Oh well, I suppose I'll see what happens  :)

Another problem is that I hadn't submitted my public key to the public
keyservers.  Ooops. I ran gpg --send-keys, so it should be all good on
that front now, at least  :)
