Just install Linux. You'll delete/create partitions during the installation. 
Be sure to "let Linux manage booting your system", or however your particular 
distribution says it. You want your bootloader (LILO or GRUB) to install to 
the MBR (master boot record). 

It's quite easy, just let Linux do the work.

Or you could try Lysol.  :)
