[Techtalk] Ecartis: block non-subscribers

Hey,

I run ecartis for several small private mailing lists. They're being hit
a bit by the latest virus, and one of the easiest ways I can think of of
blocking both this and spam is to block all mail from non-subscribers,
like LinuxChix does.

Anyone know how to do this with ecartis? ecartis.org has been down for
(at least) 24 hours and google for "ecartis block non-subscribers" just
gives me one guy with the standard example list onfig.
