[Techtalk] Quicktime file size

Someone's putting together a quicktime video clip for me, and asked me what file size I want...  To which my brain replied "uhhh..".

We're going to be streaming the files.  It would be about 30 seconds in length.  About what file size should I aim for for broadband?  56k?


(Obviously, this question is answered in a thousand places... but I've spent an hour googling and can't find anything more specific than "small" or "large").
