Mgetty (http://alpha.greenie.net/mgetty/) should do everything you want --
vgetty is the extension that comes with it that does answering machine type
stuff. There's also a webmin module to help you set everything up. We're in
the process of setting this up for ourselves, so we might be able to answer
questions about it. :-)
