For spam to be spewing from your server, you would have to be infected by a
Trojan horse, have an open relay, or a compromised proxy. You don't have an
open relay. I don't know about the other two, but the odds are pretty low.
The likeliest explanation is you've been Joe-jobbed- that is, a spammer is
forging your return address. The only way to know for sure is to have a copy
of the spam, with full headers, to examine.
