How many megabytes are in a gigabyte? I have been told it is 1,000 megabytes, but I think it must be 1,024. Y/N ? In terms of a power of 2, what would be the exponent for one gigabyte? I want to get this cleared up once and for all. I'm tired of argueing about it with a certain person who knows-it-all. Thanks.
