[Techtalk] Problem in wvdial

I have red hat linux 7.3, and us robotics external modem, by wvdialconf I 
configure my modem, it was working fine but last night my system shutdown 
abnormaly.

now when I dial to my ISP through wvdial modem shows "no career...", when I 
changed in my wvdial.conf and insert init2 = AT&F1 then its working I do not 
know what this parameter is doing. any why this problem occure.

any idea?
