[Techtalk] Upgrading mail servers

A big thanks to everyone who helped me out with my questions about
spamassassin and rbls.  Our mail server seems to be running ok with 
ORDB, with no complaints about lost mail (yet) - that's fixed the
immediate problem. 

Now we have to upgrade the mail server. It's running postfix 1.x and
spammassassin 2.4. What's the best way to do this? Should we install
the latest versions on a test box?
