Hmmm, I just read this again, and am having a moment of doubt, as I
re-read the model number.  I'm not familiar with this type, I wonder if
you could supply some more information - is it an ISA card or a PCI card,
and if it is a PCI card can you paste its line from "lspci" and the same
line from "lspci -n"
