Hm, my config reads:
set pgp_decrypt_command="gpg --passphrase-fd 0 --batch --output - %f"
Mutt asks me for my passphrase whenever I attempt to open an encrypted mail
and it works out, could it be that "--quiet" is the problem?
Mutt 1.3.28-2 and gnupg 1.2.0-1 here...
