Interesting.
Existing connections should remain ok, though some things that you run
from them may exhibit unusual behaviour. If in doubt, exec the busybox
shell before starting, or indeed any other statically compiled shell of
your chosing.
New connections whilst you're using an un-restarted sshd WILL definately
fail.

It isn't redhat's fault, it's just the way that libraries work
