Perhaps this was a typo?  You and your sister can't have the same IP
address.

Also... it might be helpful to provide the routing tables and IP
configuration for your sister's machine as well.  If I remember
correctly, it's Windows?  If so, "route print" and "ipconfig /all"
should do the trick.
