This evening, as it happens, I'm going to a talk at the Internet
Developer Group, which meets at Netscape in Mountain View, CA, USA
(in the unlikely event that you happen to be local -- if so, come by!)
on the topic: Cost Justification of Open Source Operating Systems.

I believe they usually post videos and other information (such as
the slides, or links to useful URLs if the speaker suggests any) a
week or so after each talk, so if you're not local, you can still
probably see most of the information which will be presented.
Maybe there will be something helpful there ...
