[Techtalk] Problem in PPP0 at boot level

Dear friends,

I have red hat linux 7.3, yesterday I installed US Robotics 56k modem and it 
was working fine and then remove that modem after testing dialup connection.

next time when I start that system, it does not response after showing this 
message

bring up interface ppp0 .....

and when I again add this modem, its automatically dial at boot level

bring up interface ppp0 ...

and then still does not any response.

please advice me how I solve this problem.
