[Techtalk] Voice Mail on Linux

I have a Windoze app (IVM) I use as my answering machine... phone line
connected to internal modem; IVM answers, plays pre-recorded message,
records incoming message as .wav file and forwards .wav to local email server.

I'm in the process of moving all server/network style functionality to
Linux... so I either need a good Windows emulator that will let me run IVM
on Linux or I need a native Linux app that will give me the same level of
functionality.

Any suggestions?
