[Techtalk] Gnome 2: menu editor?

There must be a file that can be hand edited with the menu
configuration.  Any Gnome 2 gurus out there know where it lives?

My original attempt at Gnome 2 on RH 7.3 wasn't, but the rpms in the new
beta worked out great.  I may forget about IceWM yet :)
