[Techtalk] cups site down

HI all

	I've been researching a cups problem that is exiting with status 1 and/or 
saying no permission to write to the files.  This only started happening on a 
SuSE 7.3 distro last week.  On the SuSE 8.0 distro cups works well.  I can't 
seem to get to the cups site consistently today, to research the problem.  
Previous to last week, this user and distro was working well.

	Any suggestions?
