[Techtalk] killing me softly

Hello Huneys,

I got this little problem that's really been bothering me. I use Internet 
Configuration WInzard to dial to my ISP but if their line is bz I just can't 
cut off the connection by pressing the 'x' in the dialing interface. I keep 
pressing but it doesn't stop till it automatically redials again.

Any sol. to how can I kill this process in RHL 7.3 Gnome WS?
