though you'd probably want to dump that to disk first

dd if=/dev/mem of=memory_dump

On a completely unrelated note, something fun to do for those Long Dark
Teatimes of the Soul (TM)...

dd if=/dev/mem of=/dev/dsp

You know how sounds can evoke memories?  Well now you can have memory
evoke sounds...
