Alinda -- Mary's suggestion should work.  I'm not sure how your mail
server could receive messages directly from other mail servers but not be
able to figure out who bcc'ed messages are going to.  However, if all
e-mail gets directed to a single POP account and then gets downloaded to a
local mail server using fetchmail, then I can see why you might not be
getting e-mail when something is bcc'ed.

Can you provide more details on how your mail is setup? Like what programs 
you're using and what your DNS entries are?
