What you are getting are bios beep codes. The code tells you which component (pci card) is faulty. My memory is too fuzzy to be sure if there are also codes for ram and cpu.

The codes are specific to the bios on your motherboard, so a visit to your motherboard manufacturer's site is in order.

The other thing you can do is remove one card at a time until the beeps stop. Then the fault is either with the card itself, or that maybe it wasnt pushed in hard enough. Try remounting the card. If the beeps still happen then its a trip  back to the store.
