I wish there were such a thing, but I don't know of one.
	I could go on endlessly about various hardware items (and probably
get many things wrong) but that wouldn't answer your question.
	If there were such a reference, I'd be very interested in hearing
about it too. For the moment, my best reference on such issues is
"google."
