Gosh, if it's just a visual overhaul, Cascading Style Sheets would make
the whole thing a piece of cake.  The content stays intact, you just
swap out the style sheet file.  Of course, if one has been relying on
HTML for layout (naughty, naughty) that complicates things.  If stuff
has actually moved, like Jenn said that's what "redirect" is for.
