I have it working with Postfix. I had help, I'm not very good at tweaking it 
myself. It works almost magically.

The Procmail ruleset is at

It's big. You can download it and take a look. Needs Perl, Procmail, and a 
mailserver.

Mimedefang is also popular in my crowd, http://www.roaringpenguin.com/. Does 
a lot of the same things.
