[Techtalk] grep question

Does anyone know a way of doing a grep that returns
extra lines of context around the matching line (much 
like a context diff)?  Perhaps an option I'm missing or
a short shell script? 

Basically, I have huge logs with tons of console output,
including occasional exceptions, and I'd like to just be 
able to grep for "Exception" and print the 10-20 lines 
following it so I can see the full stack trace without
having to browse through the rest of the file.
