I'm no expert, so take what I suggest with a grain of salt, but is
it possible that the second asterisk in the line I quoted above
should instead be a +?  Procmail does minimal regexp matching, so
maybe it's matching nothing, and then it saves it to
Tech/Linux/Linuxchix//, which it condenses down to
Tech/Linux/Linuxchix.
