In my experience, the person(s) who made that stupid decision are all
high enough up on the food chain that they are blame proof.  One place I
worked, the CEO made all those types of decisions, even though she could
barely turn on her computer without help!

I haven't lost my mind,
It is backed up on disk somewhere.
