Try running wombat.  Make sure you updated all the weird dependencies
even if they didn't get marked.

Evo isn't out for GNOME2.  They don't plan to port it until after Evo
1.2 is released.

I have evo on a separate machine from my GNOME2, so unfortunately I
can't offer much help.
