Thanks everyone for good suggestions, phpbb, Zope, and Wiki all look pretty 
nice. Phorum I'm not sure about, they are having troubles. (marcel Gagne is 
my hero too!)

There's also Ikonboard, so it looks like a wealth of good choices.
