The opensource software I used is: xsltproc, php, postgresql and of course, apache, nothing else, save obvious stuff like vi :)

Sorry to hear that... similar things wtih adsl and cable killing smaller ISPs; many people being layed off here (Brighton, UK) too. Good luck in refocusing your company!
