[Techtalk] Perl CPAN problem

Hi!
I'm no Perl wiz but I've asked around a bit. You're running a very old version
of Perl, so you could try and manually download a newer CPAN.pm from CPAN first
and then try again. Or just reinstall Perl... Good luck! :)
