[Techtalk] What is "The Best NIC for Linux"?

Not to make y'all feel old, but... I was born in the year you won your
award.  The first president that I can distinctly recall is Reagan.  My
little brother has never used a record player or lived in a house without a
computer (he is 18 and just started college this year).  Speaking of
which... does anyone know where they put out the list of things the incoming
college freshman can relate to?  It had things like what presidents they
would remember, what events they've lived through, what technologies are too
old for them to have seen first hand, and those such things.
