[Techtalk] Linux in Higher Learning

FYI: 
While it is true that MS does dominate the newer "techies"...I believe this statement is a bit over zealous. 
I go to Baruch College, which is a CUNY school (City Univiversity of New York) and this is not the case.

Matter of fact, the only OS classes covers all of the major OSes.  FYI- Baruch is a business school.  The courses 

concentrate on theory and it is the students resposibity to figure the applications of it.  I believe the learning curve to stand up 

on your feet is not a steep with MS as the UNIX type OS, nor it is a timidating, although this is changing.  But, truly learning 

them all and exposing ourselves to the differnces can only make us learn more.
