[Techtalk] Test message

If this message goes through, Mailman is working fine on the new
linuxchix.org for the user techtalk.

If not, I'll get an error message and will be able to read the logs
knowing precisely what time to check for. :)

(and so people know, I'm doing this test because of the mail I saw
when I woke up, about errors with this list. But you all figured
that out anyway, so what am I saying this for?)
