The usual method for non pnp cards is to get a DOS utility to configure
the card.  You'll need to find a suitable utility on the Samsung website,
write it off to a floppy, boot from a DOS floppy and start configuring...

Alternatively, you could try some typical NIC settings like 
IRQ 10 I/O 0x300
