[techtalk] printer parallel or serial? Can't install.

When I run PrintTool to set up a local printer, I get the error message
that auto-detection can't detect and of /dev/lp*.  I don't know if I can
disregard it, as one can if setting up a serial printer, since I don't
know if whether or not I'm doing this.
